Possible punishments for various rule breaking

1.Broadcasting

1.1 Cussing or racism toward players :
1st offense 3 hours muted
2nd offense 1 day muted
3rd offense 3 days muted & botjailed

1.2 Cussing or racism toward staff :
1st offense 1 day muted & botjailed
2nd offense 3 days muted & botjailed
3rd offense undetermined botjail

1.3 BC'ing in other languages than english
1st offense warning
2nd offense 1 day muted and botjailed
3rd offense 3 days muted and botjailed
(If the player was caught cussing/disrespecting players or staff the punishment should add to the previous)

2.Pking in cronus ( capturing/enemy legion pking or other types of player killing)
1st offense 3 days muted and botjailed
2nd offense 1 week muted and botjailed
3rd offense undetermined botjail

3.Usage of autocomposing bots
1st offense 3 days muted and botjailed
2nd offense 1 week muted and botjailed
3rd offense 1 week muted, botjailed and 1k* wiped from the pet it was autocomposed
4th offense 1 week muted and botjailed also 50% star's wiped from all pets
5th offense undetermined botjail and pet wipe

4.Usage of farming bots
1st offense 3 days muted and botjailed
2nd offense 1 week muted and botjailed
3rd offense 1 week muted , botjialed and 50% of the current amount of EP deleted
4th offense 1 week muted and botjailed also 100% EP deletion and nobility rank wipe
5th offense undetermined botjail

5.Pet sharing: (strictly prohibited)
1st offense 3 days muted and botjailed
2nd offense 3 weeks muted and botjailed
3rd offense undetermined botjail

Extras:

Afking in the market : (leaving your character with pets summoned/mounted in the middle of the market causes lag if you want to go afk for more than 10 minutes it would be nice to log off instead)
1st offense warning
2nd offense d/c
3rd offense muted and botjailed 3 hours

has to go into database to unmute which causes lag.

This could be taken for racism.

2.Really have no idea why the undetermined botjail. Just
take away the account and they start over.

3. This is quite amusing since it is the most serious of
Offenses it has up to 5 punishments. That's a little much.
This is against rules on any server. First 2 punishments of
this offense I agree with. Third time should be an account
ban and if they do it on the new character they create then
an IP ban.

4. & 5. Same punishments I suggest for number 3 should be
for these.

Being afk does not cause lag. Botting however does. Also
can be caused if someone is in db. Market is a free zone.
If we impose this rule then no one can level skills in
Training ground and go afk.

if u think a bit he would add himself a good period i can change them 3 hours in 1 day tho this is only suggested not implemented
