mall needs to be corrected as there are several items that I cannot buy and some of the names/ eggs are transposed

this can be fixed just download the new game cilent and click autopatch or if you already downloaded the cilent and is using soul ex to log on stop and just click autopatch it will autopatch its way to the latest patch and than all shopping mall problems will be fixed

Actually with the new Auto-Patch you should just be running play.exe every time you log in. If you don't there is a good chance you will not be able to connect/play.
