Registration link on forums..for an ingame registration

Could swear we had a registration link..i guess im really tired..cause i cant find it ..it should b listed in off site links so they can register an ingame account even when the homepage goes down for a bit..also I think we may need to update the voting links on the forum..I believe we have more now
